UNLOCK YOUR MODEM
There are several ways to unlock your modem: From simple user-friendly non-technical, to manual technical for those thus inclined. Even commercial, if you really don't need your money however I'll be posting on Free Ways of unlocking your modem.
The Easiest Way to Unlock your Modem

Save it in your Notepad or Word or just write it down
Check at the bottom side of your modem, or (for Orange,mtn,warid etc modem) below where you put the Sim Card. Look for IMEI number. You'll find two numbers S/N and IMEI. Just copy the IMEI number.
Now, go to the link you wrote down and replace the long number with your IMEI number for : http://bb5.at/huawei.php?imei=yourIMEInumber [Don't forget the '=' sign]
Now copy the new link with your IMEI number and enter it in your browser. A page will open with IMEI, Unlock Code, Flash. Ignore the rest and copy the Unlock Code.
Now insert a foreign SIM card to your modem (any other SIM card for the modem to unlock e.g if Orange modem, enter a warid line).
When you put it into your computer, a dialog box appears asking: Enter Unlock Code. Now enter the Unlock Code you copied, and voila! You have unlocked your modem.
and the only thing you need to have is all the software for the new line(simcard)

Thanks for providing this useful post. I have also faced a problem but it was another type of problem. My phone got locked while changing the network carrier of my phone. I searched on Google and found many ways but my friend suggests me to use unlock codes. After using the simple and easy steps provided by Unlock unit, my phone got unlocked in a few seconds.
